 No budget is set, I have a premonition that used motor bike will make the budget.  Actually this could be 2 budget items...transportation on the adventure AND transportation home. Check & check, done.  Need a helmet, well I need a helmet, the other hanging out participant has a magical hat.  May need to develop 2 budgets due to the hat.
